Life is too short to be tortured by a potato chip...

I'm here to help...

You may be asking “who is this woman and why would I trust her to help me?”

I’m a registered dietitian who earned a masters degree in nutrition. I have a bachelors in exercise science and am currently a certified personal trainer. I have special training in cognitive behavioral therapy for weight loss.
All that is important, but here’s the most important thing you should know about me. I’ve been in your shoes!
My relationship with food got off course when I used food to help me cope with the loss of my dad. That led into using food to help me when I was stressed or anxious. Here’s the sad part – I did it for ten years before I ever realized it! I just knew I felt out of control around food at times.

Every Monday was going to be the day I started making the right choices for the final time. I had some success but ultimately I failed every single time. You know – lose 12 pounds, gain back 11.

Feeling powerless over a potato chip is no way to live. There is another way I promise!

When I was struggling with food I had to figure it out on my own. I saw a dietitian. I saw several mental health counselors. I read books. I watched videos. I thought I was over it only to backslide. It was the worst roller coaster ride you could ever imagine.

Today, I use my experience and my training to help women who struggle just like I did.

I’m not going to lie to you. There’s no simple, cheap, easy fix. It involves some tough work on your part but it is some of the most rewarding, life changing work you will ever do. Learning to enjoy healthy food, move your body and be kind to yourself are learned over time and practice. I can't wait to go on this this journey with you!
